Buyer FAQ Slide In

An incredibly large amount of traffic lands on this page, and Hotjar poll results reveal they are largely buyer-focused traffic. Though the buyer experience on this site is bordering completely ineffective, we'll try once more to properly redirect this traffic and convert them somewhere else. Since people tend to spend a lot of time on this page (251% higher than the site average), we'll have a timed slide in feature with a call-to-action that emphasizes more about learning how to buy timeshares.

A significant amount of users arrive at the Live Offer page from the Sell Timeshare page, only to navigate back to the Sell Timeshare page or move away from conversion pages into the search features. With data showing the Live Offer page is crucial to producing Owner Sell conversions, we'll add a form right to the page itself to capture leads a few steps earlier than we normally would, which will help boost CVR.

Westgate Landing Page Form Reposition – Mobile

Heatmaps show that only 60% of mobile traffic driven to the Westgate landing page see the form submit button. The same maps demonstrate a high concentration of taps above the fold, suggesting that area of the page receives the most attention. This test will shift the main Owner Sell form above the fold, replacing the hero content that's currently there, in order to attract more owner-based conversions. This experiment will also make a slight adjustment to background imagery to increase copy clarity.
