Removing the brand and resorts lists from the Resorts page to determine the impact on CVR.
Removing the search feature from the top of resort and resources pages will keep more users on their specific page and increase ULF conversions through forms.
Following the success of a similar test on Destination pages, this experiment will move the featured timeshares section further up the page in hopes of increasing Owner and Buyer CVR
Adding an intent select feature to Resorts pages will help direct more users to conversion funnels, boosting CVR. This second version will remove the hover-to-reveal effect and simply display three options in a single row.
Adding a simple intent select dropdown to this top landing page will help decrease user confusion and channel more users toward key conversion funnels
Adding an intent select feature to Resorts pages will help direct more users to conversion funnels, boosting CVR
Altering the form headline to push more rental-based messaging will drive conversions in that category
With the Resorts Page Form Header test proving this page to be a pivotal stepping stone for Buyer leads, we'll try moving the search bar down from the nav bar area and into the page's copy, enlarging it and increasing its prominence on the page. This will help direct more users to inventory pages, decrease drop-offs, and increase Buyer Offer CVR.
After a win in the previous version of this experiment, we will target the top five resort pages and add a colorful background image to the form section, once again moving it to the top of the page to increase owner CVR rates
Altering the form headline to push more rental-based messaging will drive conversions in that category
Given the rise in Buyer interest on this site as of late, we will try changing the form headline of this top landing page to greater reflect buyer interests, with the goal of boosting ULF Buyer and perhaps Buyer Offer leads.
We will raise the ULF form on this page and make other slight improvements to make this popular landing page more conducive to collecting leads. The first iteration of this test improved the form experience on Mobile, boosting owner cvr by 110%. We will now attempt the same test on desktop and tablet devices to determine its efficiency there.
After the last utility bar test, we found that incorporating an Owner Sell option both slightly increases conversions for that goal type, as well as slightly reduces market value leads. As a solution to this problem, we'll borrow from a recently successful SMTN test and try a highly-visible, two-option utility bar to maximize visibility for timeshare owners
The Resorts directory page is a top 15 landing page, attracting nearly 2,000 sessions per month. However, the total CVR for mobile users is 91% lower than that of desktop users, despite the fact that the vast majority of users arrive on this page from a mobile device. Improving elements on this page for mobile experiences--increasing form prominence, reducing top padding, and calling out top conversion opportunities--will improve the number of goal completions we see from this page.
Conversion data shows there is a clear owner interest on resort-based pages. Changing the navigation options on these pages to make owner options more appealing will increase Owner Sell and MVS leads
