Following the success of the mobile test which moved the WMTW and Owner Sell buttons to the hero, we believe that this desktop test with the same concept will result in increased owner CVR

950. HGVC – Owner Buttons on Top of Homepage – Mobile
Adding owner-centric call outs to the top of the mobile homepage experience (similar to SMTN) will allow us to increase conversion rates in that category.
948. HGVC -Maintenance Fee Utility Bar (Desktop)
This test will attempt to replicate the success of the MF-focused utility bar on the SMTN homepage. Feeding seasonal maintenance fee-related messaging to owners will boost MVS and Owner Sell leads through the site.
Owner Buttons on Top- Mobile
HGVC sees more conversions for owners than for buyers/renters but our current homepage hero is buyer/renter focused. By moving up our existing owner buttons into the hero and above the fold on mobile, we will see higher owner CVR on our WMTW and Owner Sell forms.
934. Owner Renter Page Redesign
By redesigning the Owner Renter page to the same layout as the Owner Sell page, we will be putting the form front and center for customers to see, improving our Owner Renter form CVR
917. Add Owner Rental Page to Navigation
Currently, the Owner Rental page is not in the navigation and is rarely linked internally. By adding "Rent Out Your Timeshare" to the main navigation, we will see an increase in Owner Rental pageviews and increase Owner Rental leads.
890. Buy Page – Add Inventory Button
Adding an inventory button to the HGVC Buy page will help increase buyer ad offers.
898. Improved Hyperlink Visibility
Improving the visibility of the hyperlinks across this website to a more noticeable color and font weight will make it easier for users to interact with and move around the site with the aim to improve bounce rate and page time duration.
890. Buy Page Add Inventory Button
Adding an inventory button to the Buy page will help increase buyer ad offers.
884. WMTW Button on Sell Timeshare Page
Replacing the WMTW hyperlink at the bottom of the Sell page with a WMTW button. Our hypothesis is that replacing this hyperlink with a button will help bring those who are still unsure of utilizing our Sell form to fill out our WMTW form, thus helping boost clickthrough to the WMTW page and hopefully, boost the WMTW form conversion rate.
871. Replace Search with Inventory Buttons – HGVC Resorts
Replacing the search feature on resort pages with clickable buttons that take the user right to resale and rental inventory for that specific resort will reduce user confusion and boost CVR of Buyer and Renter Offers.

Swap Search for Inventory Buttons – Resort Pages
Since users who land on a specific HGVC resort pages are likely already interested in that resort, having a search bar makes little sense. Instead, having inventory CTA buttons that can send users straight to resale and rental listings at that specific property will be a more efficient way of driving them into key conversion funnels and boosting offer CVR.

HGVCResales.com Redirect
Redirecting users to the redesigned version of HGVCResales.com and measuring the effects of that version against the old one.
Remove Search – Resources & Resorts
Removing the search feature from the top of resort and resources pages will keep more users on their specific page and increase ULF conversions through forms.
Increase Contrast on WMTW Form (No Opt. Fields)
Making the form background brighter and form fields more visible will improve user experience boosting CVR. Version 2 of this experiment tests the previously successful variant against a new one that removes the optional form fields.
Navigation Menu – Hover Divs (v2)
This experiment will insert small divs that contain content pertinent to the Sell Timeshare and WMTW conversion funnels directly beneath their respective main menu navigation options. The divs will appear when the user hovers over each item, providing a quick incentive to click through and complete a conversion. Version 2 of this experiment corrects a slight z-index error from the first version.
Home Page Slide In – MF Call Out
Targeting a recent hike in HGVC owner fees with a owner-based slide in on the home page will allow us to boost Owner CVR, particularly within the Market Value Survey funnel
Sell Page – Content Adjustment
By removing links to other pages and lines of copy that owners might deterring, we can enhance the focus around the sell form and drive Owner Sell CVR. This test will also allow us to analyze the importance of the content below the fold, and how seriously it impacts user experience/motivation on the page as a whole.
