Transitioning the hero content on the Sell page to more informative, general content will improve Owner Sell CVR and also potentially improve SEO.

962. TBS – No Upfront Fees Value Prop – Home Page
By highlighting TBS' valuable "no upfront fees" messaging (no typically offered by competitors) in the hero, we will increase ULF Seller CVR.
961. HGVC – Owner Buttons on Home Page (Desktop)
Following the success of the mobile test which moved the WMTW and Owner Sell buttons to the hero, we believe that this desktop test with the same concept will result in increased owner CVR
953. SMTN – Maintenance Fee Protection Copy – Sell Timeshare
Changing the hero copy to include clear call outs for MF Protection will boost CVR. Copy can include mentions of "cash" for maintenance fees.
952. WBAST – Call In Test (Mobile)
Continuing on our previous iteration of this test, we will add a click to call CTA at the top of the page on mobile devices. This time, instead of just measuring for click rate, we will obtain a new phone number to track closed deals, seeing if the button has any impact on the bottom line.
951. WBAST – BBB logo in header
Moving the BBB logo up above the fold on mobile devices will reinforce trust among our users, leading to more conversions.
950. HGVC – Owner Buttons on Top of Homepage – Mobile
Adding owner-centric call outs to the top of the mobile homepage experience (similar to SMTN) will allow us to increase conversion rates in that category.
948. HGVC -Maintenance Fee Utility Bar (Desktop)
This test will attempt to replicate the success of the MF-focused utility bar on the SMTN homepage. Feeding seasonal maintenance fee-related messaging to owners will boost MVS and Owner Sell leads through the site.
Owner Buttons on Top- Mobile
HGVC sees more conversions for owners than for buyers/renters but our current homepage hero is buyer/renter focused. By moving up our existing owner buttons into the hero and above the fold on mobile, we will see higher owner CVR on our WMTW and Owner Sell forms.
945. Home Form Copy
Changing the confusing language on the home page form to a clear, seller-focused message will improve Owner ULF CVR (test #2).
943. Owner Sell Form Copy
Adjusting the Sell page form header and button copy to make the messaging more direct will improve the Sell form CVR.
941. Owner Rental Center Form
Similar to the success we've found in other minisites, I want to test a redesign of the owner rental page with a centered form with a redirect A/B test. This change will hopefully see a boost in Owner Rental CVR.
939. SMTN Diamond Brand Suite Utility Bar
Due to the ongoing frustrations among Diamond brand timeshare owners during the integration to HGV, we can deploy messaging on the Diamond brand suite to appeal to those pain points. Doing so will create more opportunities to capture Owner Sell and MVS leads (Second test following the SMTN Diamond Brand Suite Slide In test)
923. Home Mobile Hero Move Up Buttons
We lose about 25% of users before they even reach the buttons in the original design yet they still have the most interaction of everything in the hero. By bringing the buttons above the fold, we'll improve Buyer Offer conversions, Renter Offer conversions, Owner Sell conversions, and bounce rate.
916. Diamond Brand Suite Slide In Copy
Due to the ongoing frustrations among Diamond brand timeshare owners during the integration to HGV, we can deploy messaging on the Diamond brand suite to appeal to those pain points. Doing so will create more opportunities to capture Owner Sell and MVS leads.
911. Home Page Improve Mobile Header Configuration
The mobile configuration for the header on the homepage isn't present great in terms of spacing, which is forcing both the search bar and the form below the fold. Making adjustments to this configuration and editing the copy of the form header as we discussed will improve lead generation through the form.

909. Home Page – Add Buttons to Content Slider in Header
Adding buttons to the content slider in the header of the homepage will give users more opportunities to interact with different areas of the website above the fold, resulting in a more streamlined user experience while improving bounce rate, session duration, and pageviews.

892. WBAST Proof Module
This test will try two variants—"Hot Streaks" and "Recent Activity"—on the main WBAST landing page to try and boost conversion rate.

888. Sell Timeshare Form Above Fold – Mobile
Continuing from a string of successful tests on CFD, we'll try moving the lead form above the fold on mobile devices on one of SMTN's most trafficked landing pages to see if we can replicate previous wins. This experiment will also change aspects of the bullet point value props, which are now below the fold and show three bullets instead of just one.

884. WMTW Button on Sell Timeshare Page
Replacing the WMTW hyperlink at the bottom of the Sell page with a WMTW button. Our hypothesis is that replacing this hyperlink with a button will help bring those who are still unsure of utilizing our Sell form to fill out our WMTW form, thus helping boost clickthrough to the WMTW page and hopefully, boost the WMTW form conversion rate.
