866. Call In CTA – Mobile (v2)

Adding a fixed callout to the bottom of the screen on mobile devices that urges users to call in will drive conversions in that category. Version 2 of this experiment includes the addition of two unique phone numbers that will allow us to track VPL impact. We hypothesize that this test will result in an increase in click-to-call events and VPL, while lead form CVR may decrease slightly.

The primary variation's observed conversion rate 3.72% was 383.12% higher than the control's conversion rate 0.77%, based on 3,167 sessions.

Call In CTA – Mobile

Adding a fixed callout to the bottom of the screen on mobile devices that urges users to call in will drive conversions in that category. Not only will this variant boost click-to-call rate, but it will also drive revenue thanks to the high VPL of call-in goal types.

The primary variation's observed conversion rate 3.33% was 134.51% higher than the control's conversion rate 1.42%, based on 2,560 sessions.

Color Scheme – Dark Grey to White (2)

Changing the color scheme to eliminate the dark grey colors and opt instead for brighter white and off-white colors will lend itself better to the theme of the site and the product, enhancing user experience and increasing CVR. This follow up variant will run on the Maui, Aruba, and Mexico pages.

The primary variation's observed conversion rate 16.07% was 7.78% higher than the control's conversion rate 14.91%, based on 6,100 sessions.
