Description / Hypothesis
Changing the copy on the util bar will allow us to gain further insights to key language/terminology that performs best among brand-centric platforms
Post-Mortem Analysis
Delivering a 38% win, this test proved that the variants seen in other tests are effective on this platform as well. Moreover, the specific call out to “sell your timeshare” proves to be appealing to the audience seeking a market value survey on HGVC, possibly giving us some insight into the behavioral patterns of that site’s users.
MVS is the main goal type on HGVC, but this test may be proof that only a slim number of users there are actually solely interested in obtaining a value estimate. The success of this utility bar’s copy with the sell-based language seems to indicate that market value is a crucial first step in their interest to sell.
We should develop some experiments that try using sell-based language directly on the MVS pages and forms to really test its importance.
